Skilled trades are essential to the communities we build, and the next generation of trade professionals is already preparing to enter the industry. The 2026 Northwest Georgia Skills Challenge gives students an opportunity to put their skills to the test while connecting with educators and industry professionals.

For sponsoring companies, it is a chance to engage with the next generation of trade professionals and show support for the future of the industry. This year, we are welcoming 230 student competitors and 150 student observers from 23 local high schools. This event introduces students to the trades and highlights the potential career opportunities.

Sponsorship Opportunities

With four sponsorship levels to choose from, companies can find an opportunity that fits their goals while gaining recognition and connecting directly with event participants.

The Value of Your Support

Supporting the Skills Challenge is more than putting a company logo on a T-shirt or banner. It is an opportunity to be present in a room filled with both students who are exploring careers in skilled trades as well as industry professionals who can help guide their next steps.

For companies looking to invest in the future workforce, sponsorship provides a chance to support hands-on skills development, build connections with emerging talent, and demonstrate the value of careers in the trades.
