Rabun Gap, GA | Nacoochee School Dormitory

One of the most beautiful and historic college preparatory boarding schools in the south, Rabun Gap - Nacoochee School benefited from a gift from Jane Woodruff who represents the third generation of a family known for their strong ties with the Coca Cola Company. Ms. Woodruff earmarked the funds to build a residence hall for senior students and Duffey Southeast was selected as the general contractor for this high-profile and prestigious project. This two-story, 32,342 square foot state of the art building has 20 suites and 2 prefect rooms with other special amenities accommodating approximately 80 students each year. The building’s appearance was designed to be consistent with the existing residence halls on campus.
