Founded in 1945 in Cedartown, Georgia on a foundation of skill, integrity, and responsibility, Duffey Southeast has built on more than 80 years of industry experience and client trust. On December 31, 2020 the prior owners of Duffey Southeast, Inc. sold their stock to an ESOP Trust that distributes company stock to employee owners over time. The company publishes 95% repeat clients, 17 state licenses held, and a .65 10-year EMR average, and it has followed Lean Construction Institute principles since 2014, running projects on ProCore and Sage. Its mission-critical data and telecommunications experience stems back to the early 1950s, including work in live data center environments 365 days a year with no unplanned downtime. Alongside the Cedartown corporate office, Duffey Southeast operates offices for Atlanta, Charlotte, Jacksonville, Orlando, and Stafford, Virginia, and partners with AGC Georgia, RaLin Construction, and Construction Ready on workforce development, including hosting the Northwest Georgia Skills Challenge.

- Construction Phase Services: Lean construction, quality control, schedule creation and control, cost management and financial analysis, on-site safety program, self performing capabilities, project closeout, owner move-in coordination, and MEP oversight and commissioning.
- Lean Construction: Lean Construction Institute techniques applied from pre-construction to project close-out to eliminate waste and maximize value.
